Bridgette Fleming

I’ve wanted to do hair for as long as I can remember. I knew I wanted a career where I could make people feel beautiful, confident, and even more in love with themselves.

After graduating from cosmetology school, I went straight into booth rental and opened my very first salon during my first year behind the chair. It was a big leap, but I knew I wanted to build something of my own. Now I’m expanding Luxe & Co. into a much larger studio, built from the ground up.

Behind the chair, I specialize in balayage and reverse balayage, but I will always love me a good blonding session. For me, doing hair has never just been about the hair. It’s about that moment when I turn my chair around and see my client looking in the mirror, beaming from ear to ear. That feeling is why I do what I do.

When I’m not behind the chair, I’m spending as much time as I can with my two boys, who are my reason for everything. And you can probably find me watching OKC Thunder basketball or cheering on the OU Sooners.
